How we work

We ship, then we stay

Most of the work lands after launch. Alerts that have to fire, a filing that has to be read correctly, a crash at two in the morning. We run everything we build.

The numbers have to be right

Our treasury figures get quoted and screenshotted. We treat a wrong number as an outage rather than a typo, and we correct it in every place it went out.

Small on purpose

No client work and no contract teams. We pick a few products, go deep on them, and keep the group small enough that everyone knows how the whole thing works.

The studio

Sorce Code Labs builds and operates its own software. We don't take client work.
